Helen here, your chef extraordinaire at The Witch's Tavern. Since I am obsessed about pumpkins and bake pumpkin pie practically year-round, I chose Chatham, Massachusetts for our Halloween in a Small Town series. My selection was easy because they have a tradition of featuring Pumpkin People in The Park. When I saw that, I had to investigate further.
