Trick or Treating

Halloween Night

Ghosts and witches roam at twilight

To give us a sight and laugh with a fright

Their bags are filled with ghoulish delights

Of chocolates, gummies, and wax fangs

Walking under trees - ghostly cheesecloth hangs

Shining blue moonlight guides their path

While running with laughter from Frankenstein's wrath

Then the costumed ones must dash to their homes

They will eat for hours on end

but their favorite part

is sharing candy with a friend
