Greetings All!

John and Jason are hosting today. We run the equipment part of The Kelly Society paranormal investigations and eliminations. Since John posted earlier on The Shining, we decided to also feature Dr. Sleep the sequel to Shining, which came out in 2019.

We loved the film! Ewan McGregor playing Danny Torrance as a man, alongside Kyliegh Curran portraying a young powerfully psychic girl is chemistry magic!

Here is the basic plot:

Struggling with alcoholism, Dan Torrance remains traumatized by the sinister events that occurred at the Overlook Hotel when he was a child. His hope for a peaceful existence soon becomes shattered when he meets Abra, a teen who shares his extrasensory gift of the "shine." Together, they form an unlikely alliance to battle the True Knot, a cult whose members try to feed off the shine of innocents to become immortal.

So, John and I decided we're going to make a huge bowl of popcorn and watch The Shining and Dr. Sleep back to back. It shall be a Shining Marathon!
