The 93rd Academy Awards brilliantly shine on screens around the world this Sunday, April 25th. As an actor and writer, I always get inspired by the nominations. I love to discover what stories and acting performances people are responding to.

I also love to realize a theme. This year, I believe it is the strength and heartache of the human spirit.

So, come Sunday - pop that champagne and tune to one of the most cherished artistic awards, which presented its first golden Oscar statue in 1929.
