I've had some petty, yet, emotionally draining annoyances invade my reality over the past two weeks. What helped me pull out of that feeling of dread? Joy! I'm doing some stuff this weekend that brings me joy and decided whenever I get in a funk again, I shall do something joyful. Even if it's a tiny thing like new flavored creamer in my coffee.

We all had a tough time this past year. So, I know everyone can relate to this issue. Choose some small joys and incorporate them into your life. It will help you personally and creatively!
