Halloween in a Small Town Series:

Carolyn here, and besides waitressing, I do all the publicity for The Witch's Tavern. I love our regular and new customers, and tourists just passing through or enjoying our Fall Foliage in Rhinebeck, NY. But most of all, I love putting up Halloween décor in our restaurant. Especially witchy stuff. So, when I discovered that Mystic, CT features paddleboarding witches each year, I had to check it out.
