Day 6

Well, here we are on day six of our month-long blog—o—rama! That’s not really what it’s called, but I told Vivien I nicknamed it. I’m Jason Lee, the videographer and photographer for The Kelly Society. My goal is to get a full vapor apparition on my digital camera, but as of yet, I only have orbs. Those are little balls of light indicating spirit energy. Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited about that too, but I will be yelling from the top of the highest Mavericks wave when I get a real ghost in a photo. Or, on video for that matter.

I guess that’s why I chose the picture above for my blog post. It’s so silly and creepy at the same time. I mean, the woods look foreboding and spooky, but the person under the sheet just makes me laugh! It’s so stupid - it’s funny!

Okay—now I need to address a subject from an earlier post on this website. Gee, which one could it be? Maybe it’s the post where my girlfriend Shawn talked about a vintage Halloween card which instructed a woman to peer into a mirror on Halloween night, and she would see the face of her future husband. Then, she said if she did see the face of her husband to be, she would want it to be—me. And then I choked on my coffee—in a good way!

So, here’s a shout out to Shawn:

Honey, if I gazed into a looking glass and saw the face of my future wife—it would be you smiling back at me!

What happens next? We shall see… ; )
